Adam Lubroth / Bio

I approach photography in the spirit of an enthusiastic chef, adding good doses of improvisation - an ingredient that I believe adds joy and challenge to photography. I organize each shoot beforehand with ideas as an initial guideline, but remain open to new possibilities that may arise during the session.

Regardless of the subject matter, a good photo exhibits an energy, a spark of life that leaps from the photo to captivate the viewer.

Born in New York, raised in Madrid, and graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design, Spain has served as my home base for the past 20 years while I worked as a portrait, editorial and advertising photographer.

I speak both Spanish and English and have EU and USA citizenship.
